First move well - then move often
“I believe that health and well-being is achieved through a balance between the body, mind, and spirit. The philosophy that ‘we hold our issues in our tissues’ feels more relevant today than ever, as the modern pace of life often embeds itself in our central nervous system. My goal is to get you to first move well, then move often.
My work centralizes around the idea of structural integration: a practice which focuses on getting the body to move and exist in the world the way it is supposed to – allowing for optimal performance during essential movement and exercise, while addressing and alleviating pain.”
